Michael is responsible for the operational leadership of ChannelForce, and ensures successful client program implementation by managing resources, systems and procedures. He maximizes the effectiveness and efficiency of client initiatives by monitoring client, store and market assignments, building hiring and recruiting practices, facilitating inventory distribution, and managing database, reporting and field staff logistics.

Michael brings over 14 years of business and operations experience to ChannelForce, including 8 years with the international accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, 2 years as the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly-traded manufacturing company, RB Rubber Products, and 3 years as the Director of Finance of a fast-growing software company, Tripwire. During this time Michael led the development and implementation of various accounting, IT and management systems, as well as complex debt and equity-based transaction negotiations.
